We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates through online and offline methods, screening applications. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people which meets our client’s requirements.
Job Information
Salary – per month to per month (In-hand Salary)
Working shift and timing – 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm with 5 days a week
It’s a work from office opportunity and office is located in Noida sector – 10
Responsibilities –
1. Recruit the desired candidate as per our client requirements.
2. Make and post the job post on the relevant platform to get the desired candidates.
3. Screen resumes and maintain their data to use for the relevant job profiles.
4. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
5. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
6. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
7. Make innovative ideas on interviewing techniques and assessment methods to get the best candidates as per client requirements.
8. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
9. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
10. Client Serving part and email Management
11. Maintain a good relationship with clients.
Requirements from the candidate –
1. Candidate with experience in recruitment profile will be preferred and fresher with good English can apply as well.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Good written and verbal communications skills.
4. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field or any relevant course.
5. Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
6. Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.
7. Strong negotiation skills.
