 Directly involve in Head Hunting, Mapping and Industry Research.

 Actively use Job Boards, Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Google for

identifying candidates.

 Understand and analyze overall Clients need and requirements.

 With the use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the

screened candidates to the clients.

 Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.

 Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Head.

 End to End coordination from client and candidate side

 Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our

internal database.
