1. Have 3-4 years of UK recruitment experience/ should be able to understand the UK geography, Visas, Job boards, market rates etc.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Self-motivated, aggressive, driven to hit the target.

4. Be able to make 50-60 calls a day and work in UK hours from the office.

5. Overall experience between 6-10 yrs.

6. Knowledge of following UK Job Boards - Indeed, Reed, LinkedIn, CV Library.

7. Work from office - Mon to Fri

8. Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai

9. Shift timings - 1:30pm to 10:30pm IST
