Experience

• Should have 2-4 years of experience in Hiring of Technical & Non-Technical profiles

Qualification

• Should have MBA degree/Graduate degree from a reputed institute

Skill Set Required

• Should have good recruiting skills,

• Passionate enough to complete job responsibilities energetically on time, o Should have good knowledge of Google Drive and MS OFFICE [Excel],

o Good communication skills,

o Ready to take additional responsibility,

o Can commute to other office locations as well, whenever required .

Job Role

• Work as per Manpower planning and requisition receive d.

• Managing entire recruitment process as per the Recruitment Monitoring sheet .

• Searching profiles through various resources.

• Screening and selection of profiles.

• Maintain database of profiles and hiring done.

• Reporting to HOD/Management.

Salary

• 18-25 k based on experience.

Others

• Staying max. 45 mnts-01 hr travelling time from office

• Job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.

• Should be honest
