• Good written and spoken English communication.?
• Strong understanding of Information Technology as a Vertical. Deep understanding of different facets of IT in different Horizontals. Awareness of new technologies and competence in delivering across multiple technologies and functional roles.?
• Willingness to learn and open to hiring across multiple domains.?
• Experience of minimum 2 years handling end-to-end recruitments at junior to senior level for multiple clients for different technologies.?
• Comfort level in usage of various paid portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc. Should be adept in hiring using social media. Referencing for generating additional leads and connecting with dormant candidates.?
• Confidence in your abilities to move mountains, a go-getter attitude with a “Never–Say–Die” spirit & ability to handle and over-achieve targets. What you will do: Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle -?
• Searching suitable profiles using job portals, social media, and internal databases?
• Sourcing profiles & Headhunting/ Generating references?
• Contacting the candidates and generating their interest in the position being offered.?
• First-level Interview and Screening of candidates?
• Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling & documentation of selected candidates, etc.
