• Payroll preparation, attendance amp; leave management, office time management

• Handling Statutory Compliances and compliance issues through consultants like PF, ESIC

• Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters amp; Confirmation Letters.

• Induction and joining formalities.

• Taking Exit-Interview and Issuing Reliving letters amp; full and final statement

• Participating and Discussing with Management regarding policies.

• Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file.

• Handling recruitment through various streams like Naukri, Monster, Etc.
