Draft Recruiting Emails To Attract Passive Candidates.

Screen Incoming Resumes And Application Forms Interview Candidates (Via Phone, Video And In-Person) Advertise Job Openings On Company's Careers Page, Social Media Organise interview with Hiring Managers Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in related field or MBA in HR (Preferable)2-4 years relevant experience in Recruitment & talent Acquisition (Experience in Mass hiring & Volume hiring will be an added advantage.)
