We are looking for a talented HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The goal is to maintain healthy working environment and hire the right candidate in order to facilitate our continuous growth.

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Salary - 15 to 17K

Location - Kolkata

Responsibilities:

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various job portals or any other plaforms

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

• Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

• Will be responsible for Whole Hiring process.

• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees

• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

• Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have1+ year of experience in recruitment.

• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS

• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matter.

Education Qualification

• Graduation is must

• MBA graduates with HR specialization will have extra benefit.
