Roles and responsibilities :-
Recruiters responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and proving a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Screening resumes based on the job description available.
Shortlisting resumes based on factors such as skills, locations, experience, previous employers etc.
Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
Finalizing the interview schedule
Responsible for achieving a good conversion submittal into an interview.
Job Postings in job portals
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Head Human Resource.
Email follow-up from employers Recruitment
Desired candidates profile :-
Following up with candidates for pre offer documents
Processing the offer in the system.
On boarding of employees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to Work comfortably under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Qualification :- graduate/Pursuing MBA / PGDM / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
