• Write and post job descriptions on career job portals, social media.

• Source candidates by using databases, job portals, and social media

• Evaluate and screen resumes by virtual interaction

• Conduct phone, , Zoom, and/or in-person interviews

• Screen potential employees

• Maintain interview and hiring records

• Prepare hiring paperwork and information details

• Handle the orientation of new employees

• Administrating appropriate company assessments.

• Issuing id cards, company Sim cards, and joining formalities.

• Assigning day to day work to the team

• Collect the everyday performance details

• Reviewing the performance of candidates.

• Support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets.

• Pay-out salaries as per their performance.

• Coordinating with HRs for work assessment, team building.
