We need recruiter to work from office our Greater Noida Office.*

*Position HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Officer/ Recruiter*

*Fresher/experienced both in recruitment.*

*Responsibilities-End-to-end recruitment process*

*Job Timing- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*

*Job location: Alpha-1, Greater Noida*

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database

Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

Passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effectively built relationship with Employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator

*Essential Conditions:*

Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.

Good knowledge of internet

Good communications skill in English and Hindi
