Job Title(position): Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Company Profile:- Space Consultant, A 15 years old recruitment consultant registered in MSME Act and labour Act.

Qualification Anybody can apply ( preferred MBA, BBA, etc)

Experience: Fresher OR candidate working as a recruiter with some reputed recruitment consultant.

Per Month Salary: Upto 40K PM depending upon skill and experience

Work Details & Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting, and internal Database

Effectively using the personal network, built-up the database, digital platforms, and referrals to reach

passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews, and shortlisting candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effectively built relationships with Employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator

Skills required: Good communications skill in English and Hindi

Essential Conditions

The candidate must be from Greater Noida.

Fresher or candidates working with a recruitment consultant.

Good knowledge of the internet.

Decent communication skills.

Must have own laptop
