Total exp:- 0 to 5yrs

CTC:- Upto 40k

Location:- Alpha Plaza Alpha 1, Greater Noida

Notice period:- Immediate Joiner Prefer (30days will be negotiate)

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should match following parameters/Conditions

2. Candidate must be from Greater Noida. Candidate must be living within 10 Km of Office.

3. Candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.

4. Must have own laptop and smart phone

Job Responsibilities:-

l lEnd to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

l lSourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database

l lEffectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

l passive prospective candidates

l lConducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

l lArranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

l lContinuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

l lEffectively built relationship with Employees.

l lMust be enthusiastic and initiator
