We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Tech teams.
Job Responsibility
Design and update technical job descriptions
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide administrative support
Coordinating office activities
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Requirement
• Bachelor's in human resources.
• MBA preferred.
• 1 – 2yrs of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player and self - motivated.
