Sourcing candidates using various job portals, internal databases, search engines, groups, referrals etc. to match client requirement.
• Conducting initial filtration Interviews, Telephonic Interviews
• Scheduling interviews by interacting with the clients
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
• Calling, Scheduling and negotiating with the candidate on compensation, profile and joining.
• Follow up with the Prospective candidates on regular basis till they join the company.
• Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities of the candidate.
• Finally updating the Track Sheet on daily basis on the performance of the Job.
• Handling requirements at all levels (Junior to Senior Level Positions)
• Preparing Job Description for the open position
• Sourcing Screening and evaluating suitable CV’s from existing Database, from E-Recruitment (job portals and job postings) etc.
• Drafting Job Advertisement and posting on various Job Portals.
• Calling, Scheduling and negotiating with the candidate on compensation, profile and joining.
• Coordinating with the Clients and other Personals to conduct interviews of the candidates and follow up for the feedback.
