Job Summary

• Scanning and sending right candidate to clients for interview.

• Generating and exceeding business revenues specified as per targets from time

to time,

• Mainly through executive placements. Responsibilities and Duties Key Result Area

• Short listing candidates as per the company requirements.

• Sourcing candidates with the help of various tools like Naukri, Linkedin

• Headhunting for various positions across the country

• Looking after recruitments for mid management position and above.

• Following up with candidates for the interview process and also ensuring that they join the company

Required Experience,

Skills and Qualifications – Fresher Job Full-time
