Ideal Person

Masters /Degree Graduate, preferably HR program / Hospitality Program

1-2 year’s experience in HR or Recruitment

Strong communication skills

Fluent in English, spoken and written

Strong skills in Socials

Excellent in using Microsoft office (word, excel, publisher)

Able to be creative using Canva or similar programs

Experience with database use

Organised

Strong attention to detail

Research Candidates

Take on entry-level roles recruiting

Correspondence with candidates and clients

Arranging interviews

Tracking status (whiteboard, excel top candidates, jobs search)

Administration work

Database updating

Preparing CV's

Social Media Posts

Support Owner and Managing Partner in administrative duties

Other duties as requested

Pay

15,000 INR to 18,000 INR monthly based on experience and qualifications
