Eligiblity Criteria : MBA / MSW / PGDM

Skills required :

• written and verbal communication skills are essential

• Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms and other recruiting tools

• Ability to access candidates technical skills and experience through interviews and screening.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end cycle of recruitment process .

• Working on job portals.

• Short listing and Screening of Resumes.

• Scheduling and Coordinating interview with the candidates.

• Regularly updating job description and requirements.

• Oversee the hiring process and making necessary modifications.

• Collabrating with HR and the management of the recruiting process.

• Work following company policy and standards.

Salary Package : As per The Industry standards

Interview Process : group discussion and hr face to face
