Coordination with plant team:- Responsible to build a strong relationship with plant managers and plant leadership to drive, the plant goals and bring solutions to the greater interest of blue color employees. Salary and wages inputs. Grievance handling. Implementations of HR process and policies. Maintains and update employee records. Legal matters and compliance's:- responsible to to handle legal matters/ Disciplinary issues / Statutory requirements/ Committees under various labor laws of the unit compliance of labor laws and liaison with various government officials.
