We are looking for HR - Technical Recruiter with the following skills:

? Source profiles from job portals, social networking, company mapping, head hunting etc.

? Complete initial resume screening.

? Maintain the reports and trackers

? Schedule interview/s (Telephonic / Personal / )

? Follow-ups with candidates, pre-interview and post-interview

? Talk to prospective candidates and take preliminary HR telephonic discussion.

? Must have hands-on experience using word, excel, internet, etc

? Education: Dip / BE / BSc / BBM / BCA / MCA or any other equivalent

? Work Timings on weekdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On weekends: 9:00 PM to 1:00 PM

? You can walk-in between 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM

? Candidates with work experience in Tele-Marketing / Sales / Customer Service / Teachers etc can also apply
