IDEAL PROFILE:
1. We are looking for young and energetic people , can take challenges, have zeal to learn and grow.
2. Graduate in any discipline , PG degree in HR preferred
3. Proven Generalist HR experience in preferably BPO/KPO/Retail/Hospitality/IT of minimum 2 years
4. Strong HR fundamentals (Industry experience and HR competency)
5. Straight Talker. Candid, Expressive.
6. Influencer, Excellent Communication
7. Ethics practitioner/ Role modeling
8. Agile, Self initiated, passionate for people engagement and client success
9. Program Management Mindset.
10. Familiar with automated HR systems, HRIS, social Media hiring, talent engagement
11. Language fluency : English, Tamil, Hindi
12. Immediate Joiner preferred
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
a Recruitment process anchoring
b. HR operations- Recruitment to Relieving processes
c. Implementing Competency development (70-20-10, Re-skilling, Training etc)
d. Staff Engagement coordinator
e. Business HR partnering with Site leadership, functional leaders , team leaders and their teams
