Handling end to end recruitment life cycle

Arranging recruitment drives as per clients requirements.

Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs

Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage

Mapping and through your own professional networks

Maintaining database and daily report of candidates screened, submitted and selected for immediate and future requirements

Keeping continuous follow-up with the selected candidates till the date of joining

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
