Position: HR Executive (Recruiter)
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (6 working Days)
Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates using various recruitment channels and
platforms.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and skills.
Conduct interviews to assess technical competencies, behavioral fit, and motivation.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring the availability of
both parties.
Analyse interview feedback and candidate qualifications to make informed hiring
decisions.
Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate as needed.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background
verification.
Provide assistance and guidance to candidates during the onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates
throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
Prepare reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant legislation.
Ensure compliance with equal opportunity and diversity policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Salary:
Up to per month, depending upon knowledge and skills of the candidate
