Key skill: End to end recruitment in IT /Non-IT Sector

Recruitment & selection and Induction:

Handling end to end recruitment.

Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and onboarding. Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, cold calling and employee referrals.

Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

Conducting the first round of telephonic interview.

Follow up with the short-listed candidates. Guiding them to clear the interview task. Negotiating with the candidates on the salary. Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.

Good leadership and communication skills.
