Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection: Develop job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize job offers.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, assist in conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and professional development.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and handle HR-related queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
