Candidate sourcing aur shortlisting ke liye multiple recruitment tools ka istemal karna

Interviews schedule karna aur conduct karna

HR aur hiring managers ke saath collaborate kar ke hiring needs ko samajhna

Candidate experience ko positive banaye rakhna throughout the recruitment process

Employment contracts aur offer letters ko prepare karna

Onboarding process manage karna aur ensure karna ke new hires smooth transition karein

Recruitment analytics track karna aur performance reports banakar management ko update karna

HR aur labor laws ka compliance maintain karna

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ya related field

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) aur recruitment software

Excellent communication aur negotiation skills

Strong decision-making aur problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks aur deadlines effectively

Knowledge of HR policies aur labor laws
