Job Details :- WORK FROM HOME MONDAY TO SATURDAY (2 ALTERNATIVE SATURDAY OFF) Need WORKING LAPTOP with WIFI connection Source candidates from- job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally Ability to understand and explain job roles. Telephonic Screening/Interviewing potential candidates. Add the profile to the ATS Portal & Tag it to the relevant Job Opportunity. Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program Coordinate the Interview rounds with Talent Acquisition Lead and Customer Contact. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job. Client Coordination,- Report management- Delivering positive candidate experience via a periodic feedback mechanism. What You’ll Do: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team (internal/client) to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications. What You Have: Minimum 6 months of full life cycle recruitment in a recruiting/consulting environment- based in India. Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local Job Boards, Social Media, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates. Experience with an ATS (preferred).
