Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Sourcing:
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the companys website.
Source potential candidates through online databases, networking, job fairs, and social media.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage the interview process and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
Provide advice and guidance on candidate selection, salary expectations, and market trends.
Candidate Selection and Onboarding:
Assist in the final selection process and make job offers to selected candidates.
Coordinate the background check and reference check processes.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation, and training.
Database and Reporting:
Maintain and update candidate databases in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare reports on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and suggest improvements when necessary.
Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement:
Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive employer brand.
Engage with candidates regularly and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
Promote the companys values and culture to attract top talent.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards.
