As a Senior HR Recruiter at StepUp HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying the right talent to ensuring a smooth hiring experience. You will partner with hiring managers across different industries to develop customized recruitment strategies, source top talent, and facilitate a seamless interview and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring the timely and successful hiring of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, internal referrals, and networking.
Assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for various roles within the organization.
Maintain an organized and updated candidate pipeline in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Foster a positive candidate experience, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a diverse pool of candidates is considered for all roles.
Manage job postings and collaborate with external recruitment partners, when needed, to fill positions.
Perform background checks, reference checks
