Roles & Responsibilities

�� Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

�� Source candidates via multiple channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.

�� Conduct & schedule interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position in company.

Qualifications & Requirements

�� Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in related field would be a plus.

�� Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong time-management abilities, multitasking and effective prioritization skills.
