We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a talent pipeline.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless interview process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.

Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation in the job market.
