Job Role
Step 1: Identify the hiring needs of clients.
Step 2: Read and understand the job descriptions sent by clients.
Step 3: Devise your recruitment strategy with team.
Step 4: Source the right candidates from portals & from other sources.
Step 5: Screen and shortlist candidates.
Step 6: Complete Interview Process by calling the candidates.
Step 7: Schedule candidates according to the clients interview timings.
Step 8: Follow-up with candidates until they join the client company.
Step 9: Update candidate’s details in the CRM tracker.
Step 10: Ensure that the candidates stay in the job.
