Candidate Management: Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating salary, and managing candidate onboarding processes.
Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Tracking Metrics: Monitor and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring success rates.
