We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and work with department heads to define hiring needs

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate technical rounds and manage interview schedules

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Ensure a positive candidate experience

Support onboarding and joining formalities

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with job portals (., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tracking

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of HRMS or recruitment tools is a plus
