Preferred :

Experience : Min 1 year & Above

NON IT RECRUITMENT

Key Responsibilities:

End to End Non-IT Recruitment (Engineering Recruitment):

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create job descriptions.

Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure the hiring process is efficient and timely while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Onboarding Activities:

Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Prepare and review onboarding materials, including welcome kits, orientation schedules, and company policies.

Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure all compliance documentation is completed.

Assist new hires in setting up their workstations, systems, and access to required tools.

Act as a point of contact for new employees during the onboarding phase to answer any questions or concerns.
