Key Responsibilities:

Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the client.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates on job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback.
Documentation: Create and maintain accurate candidate profiles and records in our database.
Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are in compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
