Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the client.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates on job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback.
Documentation: Create and maintain accurate candidate profiles and records in our database.
Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are in compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of current employment legislation and regulations.
Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
