1. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions, your goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.

Working with Companies/Recruitment Consultancies either domestic or overseas, develops and maintains the relations with external business associates and clients for furthering the business development activity for RAFA INTERNATIONAL Company.

Recruitment in Private, Public and Government Sectors and to make contracts with selected clients and maintain the database, making of presentations, charts, project execution plan and meeting with various clients as per the job demand if required.

Handling Executive Search and Global Head hunting activities as per the client requirements, maintaining the End-End Recruitment activities of the clients/company for all white collar & Blue Collar categories.

Generating business leads by own or by using social media and internet or by any mean, making new clients with proper follow-ups with the new & existing clients for smooth business processes, & working on the monthly targets.
