Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating with clients and team members, managing job postings and social media accounts, negotiating employment offers, and onboarding new hires.
He/she will be managing mid to Sr. level requirements for Real Estate Sector
Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
Understanding the value in building a pipeline for future opportunities.
Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their joining date and keep the respective clients informed of the same.
