Managing complete recruitment process, end-to-end recruitment from initial screening to selection, handling Junior, Middle & Senior level positions.

Understanding the client's job description, sourcing candidates from various job portals and social sites.

Generate references from cold calling and headhunring, if required.

Taking initial telephonic interviews to check for suitability of candidates by interacting to understand the interest level for specific positions, capabilities, strength & limitations.

Client coordination on various requirements with daily reporting, maintaining database tracker, mass mailing, and job postings.

Try to maintain maximum level of transparency with candidates to avoid uncertain drop out.

Pre & Post interview co-ordination with candidates and clients.
