Meet all recruitment timelines successfully for the multiple clients assigned. Plan,
develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical
Manager/Teamleads.
• Manage Resource Talent Pool Source candidates through networking & cold calling.
• Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs
(where appropriate). Display excellent customer service towards internal and
external customers.
• Hands on job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel etc.
Recruitment Competencies Excellent coordination with clients and
candidates.
• Create and maintain assignment track sheets. Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Assist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable. Hand-hold candidate to
increase offer to joinee conversion.
• Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network and influence
candidates.
• Good/professional rapport/follow ups with clients and candidates. Constant
update of current subject knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Timelines (TAT) to be maintained.
• Must have zeal to close the positions and should be target driven
