Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards, company websites, and relevant industry platforms. Develop creative and engaging job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' fit for the position and the company culture.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and alignment with the job requirements. Use behavioural and situational questions to evaluate candidates' competencies and cultural fit.
Candidate Relationship Management: Provide timely and clear communication to candidates regarding their application status, interview outcomes, and next steps.
Reference and Background Checks: Verify candidates' references and conduct background checks as required by the company's policies and industry regulations. Ensure the authenticity of candidates' qualifications and work history.
Offer Negotiation and Closure: Extend job offers to selected candidates, discussing compensation, benefits, and other terms. Negotiate offers as needed and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introduction to company policies.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track
