Job Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Planning:

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.

Define job requirements, qualifications, and create job descriptions.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Evaluation:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.

Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.

Candidate Assessment:

Administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' skills and abilities.

Conduct reference checks to verify employment history and qualifications.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.

Address candidate inquiries and concerns.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary.

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand.

Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
