We are looking for HR recruiter having experience in Civil Consultancy services.
1. Job Analysis and Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for open positions.
Create and update detailed job descriptions to reflect current needs.
2. Sourcing Candidates:Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, and internal employee referrals to source potential nd job fairs, career events, and networking events to promote job openings and attract candidates.
3. Screening Resumes and Applications:Review resumes, cover letters, and application forms to identify candidates who meet the job qualifications.
Shortlist applicants based on their skills, experience, and alignment with the job requirements.
4. Conducting Interviews:Organize and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the dinate in-person interviews with relevant team members or hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates' skills, personality, and cultural fit within the organization.
5. Administering Assessments and Tests:Administer any necessary skill assessments, psychometric tests, or background checks to ensure candidates meet the job's technical and behavioral requirements.
6. Job Offer and Negotiation:Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment re candidates have a clear understanding of the compensation package, company culture, and job expectations.
7. On boarding:Work with HR to facilitate a smooth on boarding process, ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the company, policies, and their teams.
Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including contracts and tax forms, is completed.
