As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our client companies. This is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role for 1 to 3 years

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Academic counsellor experience is plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various channels

Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews

Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
