Partner with hiring Managers on job description, job posting and offer process
- Onboard new hires within company standards.
- Should be able to Recruit blue collar candidates Like Driver & DE & Well versed with sourcing strategy.
- Manage a requirement load of up to 50 plus open requirements
- Communicate consistently with hiring managers on status of the openings assigned
- Travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the leadership teams
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria
- Strengthen relationship with Community, Networking, utilize free government recruiting resources
- In order of time spent, list primary job duties this position is responsible for achieving
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to source, identify and attract quality candidates, such as social media and networking
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), and matches candidates with internal openings.
