As an HR Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in our company's growth by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for open positions. You'll be the bridge between talented individuals and our exciting career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Design and write compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
Prepare and administer pre-employment assessments.
Negotiate salary and benefits offers with top candidates.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company culture and employer brand to effectively represent the organization to potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
