Role & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing: Searching for potential candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on qualifications and experience.
3. Interviewing: Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Selection: Recommending the most suitable candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
5. Coordination: Managing the interview process and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6. On boarding: Assisting with the hiring process and helping new employees get settled into their roles.
7. Relationship Building: Building a strong network of potential candidates and maintaining relationships with them for future opportunities.
8. Compliance: Ensuring the recruitment process follows company policies and legal requirements.
