Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various domains

Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, references, etc.)

Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates suitability

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Handle bulk hiring requirements as per client needs

Engage in talent acquisition and headhunting activities

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Support in other HR and recruitment-related activities as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR and Recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of Human Resource Management and recruitment processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
