HR RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Filling positions within an organisation.
Designing and updating job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms like Naukri ,Monster ,linkdin,Hirect etc. )
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Performing reference and background checks.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information about Employee and Data .
Following up on the interview process status.
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
HR RECRUITER SKILLS INCLUDE:
Previous experience as a HR Recruiter or similar role.
Minimum 2 year of experience mandatory
Full Knowledge about the Recruitment.
Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
Sound knowledge of all HR processes (. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs
Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Any degree in Human resource management Mandatory.
