Key Focus of Role:
- Provide support to the Recruitment Manager & Branch Manager;
- Take responsibility for social media advertising campaign for candidate attraction;
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with branch manager & the Business Developments in Dubai to set qualification
criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Interface with relevant embassies and government departments to ensure smooth processing.

• Ideally understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry;
• Expert at candidate attraction through the use of social media;
• Understand effective candidate screening;
• Knows how to obtain large numbers of candidates;
• Understands government processing requirements for overseas deployments;
• Able to effectively communicate with head office staff;
• Problem solving abilities and looks for solutions.
• Fluent in English and highly computer literate.
